About this resource
Line Rescue: Technical Rope Rescue for FiveM
⚠️ Early Access Beta. Line Rescue is in active development. Everything listed below is in the current build. As a beta, you may still find bugs, and features and settings can change between updates. Please report anything you find in our Discord so we can fix it.
Bring real rope rescue to your server. Line Rescue lets your fire and rescue teams rig anchors, set up frames, build lowering, belay and haul systems, and carry out rescues the way a real rope team would. It's all built with custom props, a fully simulated rope and custom animations.
Video Showcase
Rigging
- Rescue tripod, A-frame and aerial high directionals that work with vehicle ladders and prop-based ladder scripts
- Anchor slings, steel strops and hammered-in pickets, linked to a rigging plate
- Edge protection and edge rollers
- Frames that need to be secured properly: load one that isn't, and it will fail
Rope systems
- Lowering, belay, rappel and traverse lines
- Z-rig haul systems: 3:1
- Lower-to-raise conversions and two tensioned rope systems
- Belay tending, tie-offs and progress capture
Rescues
- Stokes basket and SKED stretcher, with attendants, tag lines and litter tenders
- Pick-offs of stranded climbers, AI casualties or other players
- Low angle slope rescues
- A confined space training tank with a 4-gas monitor and forced ventilation
Training
- AI demo rescues that walk your team through each rescue, step by step
- Timed training scenarios with objectives, safety faults, scoring and a leaderboard
Built for your server
- Custom props with collision, custom animations and a streamed work harness for male and female peds
- The rope is simulated on every player's game from the synced rig, so it never desyncs
- Optional ox_inventory items and ACE permissions
- Fully configurable through an open config.lua
Requirements
- OneSync
- ox_lib
- ox_target (optional)
- ox_inventory (optional)
